"We have had such a fantastic stay at La Petite Tuilerie. The gite is lovely and Helen, Chris and Fabio have been brilliant, nothing has been too much trouble! We were only meant to stay for a week, but when our car developed a problem we had to stay a few more days. They were so accommodating and let us stay for the extra time. Helen was so helpful with advice on best places to visit etc. We have seen so much and our stay will be truley memorable".

"After explaining to everybody why we never revisit a place - here we are for the 4th time!! Still haven't seen / done everything! The 3 weeks have flown by and now it's time for home. Rediscovered favourite places - Capestang, Mazamet & St. Chinian markets, Gruissan, Isle St. Lucie & ports on Canal du Midi. Discovered new places - Abbey at Fontcaude, French equivalent of RSPB near Vendres plage, museums in Narbonne, old parts of Beziers & Pezanas. Despite it being the wrong time of year for birds we have managed to see 75 different species! We love it here, even talking of returning one May to catch migrating birds. Watch this space we may be back!!!"

"We had a lovely and very relaxing stay at La Petite Tuilerie. We used it as a base for further exploring an area we already know well. Bize-Minervois is a very attractive little town, with a useful mini-supermarket, a couple of boulangeries, a café/pizzeria and a more traditional restaurant. The owners (of La Petite Tuilerie) were very welcoming and when we got a flat tyre it was very useful that they live in the adjacent building so that we could get some advice on where in Narbonne to go for a replacement (they have clearly built up a lot of good local contacts in the time they have lived in the region)."

"We've had a very comfortable, relaxing holiday here. Never having visited this part of France, we only had the 'tourist guide' notion of what to expect: the reality is far better. Gourgeous villages (Minerve was wonderful) and interesting towns and cities - Narbonne and Carcassonne being highlights. The cottage is perfect to get awat from everything and has all that's needed to make a memorable stay. Thank you for your excellent arrangements prior to our arrival (directions were spot on). We'll be back."

"It's us again - 3rd visit!!!
After freezing in the UK and debating whether to go to the Farne Isles, UK or here - guess what we decided!! We really love it here - so many different places to visit, Isle St. Lucie and the etangs on the coast, the towns and villages, many "en fête", the Canal du Midi, and the mountains, the beautiful village of Fraisse sur Agout. Only 24° in the mountains while 28° - 33° in Bize. MAGIC!! We will return perhaps to "live" here for 3/4 weeks (relax more, drink less!!). Watch this space. Hate to leave."
