- Please note that during the months of June, July, August and September, ALL bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. During the rest of the year, a different changeover day may be possible but must be agreed with the proprietors in advance.

(00 33) (0)6 89 61 06 88 (mobile). - To confirm the booking, we ask for a non-returnable 25% deposit and a signed Booking Form (you can click on the link above to download a PDF version of the Booking Form, or ask us to send you one).
- The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday, along with the damage deposit of UK £150.
- Payments may be made in pounds sterling or in euros (please contact us for information about the exchange rate).
- If paying by cheque, please make your cheques payable to "H.L. Remnant". If paying by international bank transfer, all payments must be received net of any bank charges.

 Top of page | | | | - La Petite Tuilerie at La Tuilerie, 11120 Bize-Minervois and Le Vieil Atelier, rue St-Jerome, 11160 Caunes-Minervois (’the Property’) are offered for holiday rental by Chris & Helen Remnant (’the Proprietors’).
- To reserve either Property, please complete and sign the booking form and send it to the Proprietors with a payment of 25% of the total rental. Please note that the 25% deposit is non-refundable. Confirmation of the booking will be made to the Client in writing once both are received.
- If for any reason the Client should cancel the booking, the following charges shall be made:
- more than 8 weeks before: the non-refundable 25% deposit
- 4-8 weeks before: 50% of the total cost of booking
- 0-4 weeks before: 100% of the total cost of booking
- The price quoted is per week. The balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to the start date of the rental period. Any bookings made within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment to be made at the time of booking. Payment must be received in full and net of any bank charges. Any costs incurred by the Proprietors will be re-invoiced to the Client.
- A damage deposit of UK £150.00 is required and is payable when the balance payment is due. The damage deposit will be banked but will then be refunded 7 days after departure from the Property, less any costs incurred as a result of damage, breakages or failure to leave the Property in an orderly condition. Your liability to the Proprietors, however, is not restricted to the damage deposit sum.
- The price of the rental period includes: all bedding, linen (but not beach towels), electricity and water. Any unreasonable use of linen will incur a laundry charge of 2€ per item. Wood required for the wood-burning stoves is to be provided by the Proprietors and charged at local rates. An additional charge for heating may be made in the cooler months. Basic foodstuffs are available in the kitchen for the use of the Client. Should these be used, they are to be replaced by the Client.
- All arrivals and departures are on Saturday, unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Proprietors in advance. During the months of June, July, August and September, ALL arrivals are on Saturday. Arrival must be after 16:00 but no later than 20:00. Departure must be by 10:00 (unless agreed otherwise with the Proprietors).
- On arrival, the Property will have been cleaned and left tidy. The Client is responsible for respecting the Property and its contents. The Client is therefore expected to leave the Property in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of their stay. To this end, all cleaning materials are provided by the Proprietors. Cleaning is not included in the price of the rental period. An end-of-stay clean can be requested at a cost of 40.00€, payable locally. Please advise on arrival if this service will be required.
- The Proprietors are not liable to the clients for:
- Any faults or interruptions to the supply of public utilities to the Property
- Any loss, damage or inconvenience caused or suffered as a result of weather conditions, public unrest, wars or matters outside the Proprietors’ control
- Any loss, damage or inconvenience caused or suffered if the Property becomes uninhabitable prior to the period of rental. In this case, a full refund shall be made to the Client without the Proprietors incurring further liability to the Client.
- Under no circumstances whatsoever must any items of a combustible nature be allowed within the grounds or within the Property. This includes barbecues of any type, candles, incense sticks or burning mosquito repellent. Smoking is not permitted within the Property or the grounds.
- No pets are allowed.
- As a condition of booking, the Client will be required to take out comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover, at the time of booking. The insurance should also include cover for personal effects and third-party liability.
- The Client uses the Property entirely at their own risk. The Proprietors accept no responsibility whatsoever for injury, loss or damage to property, personal belongings or vehicles and their contents.
- Prices are subject to change at the Proprietors’ discretion.
- Photographs of the Property and the Property’s interior are non-contractual.
