Rental Rates
The rental price quoted is for the property.
Included in the rental price is:
Bedding and linens.
Towels, tea towels.
Washing up liquid, sponge and scourer, toilet rolls and cleaning products.
Electricity & water in the mid and high season.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

We take a damage deposit of £150.00 in addition to the rental price. The damage deposit is refundable and is returned 7 days after departure less any stoppages if applicable.
Not included in the rental price:
Beach towels. Please do no take rental towels to the beach or river. Beach towels and beach mats are available to rent, payable locally
Beach umbrella. Please do not take the garden sun umbrella to the beach or river. A beach umbrella is available to hire, payable locally.
Beach chairs. Please do not take the garden furniture to the beach or river
If we find that the towels or sun umbrella or garden furniture have been mis-used in this way a charge will be made and deducted from your damage deposit (see note above for damage deposit).
Also not included in the rental price:
Heating in the colder months - a charge will be made for heating.
Wood for the fireplace. All wood is to be provided by the proprietor and charged locally.
